1. Introduction
Welcome to Hydrion Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or engaging our waterproofing services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Hydrion Technologies (Pvt) Ltd — Colombo 05, Sri Lanka. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hydrion Technologies regarding your use of our services.
2. Definitions
- "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to Hydrion Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.
- "You", "Your", "Client", "Customer" — refers to the individual or entity using our services.
- "Service", "Services" — refers to all waterproofing solutions, assessments, consultations, and products provided by Hydrion Technologies.
- "Website" — refers to hydriontech.com and all associated subdomains.
- "HTR Technology" — refers to Hydro Tech Resin, our proprietary waterproofing system.
3. Use of Our Services
By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and requirements. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with us.
3.1 Free Site Assessment
Our free site assessment is an evaluation of your property's waterproofing needs. No obligation to purchase services is created by requesting or receiving a free assessment. Assessments are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions discovered during the actual application process.
3.2 Service Quotations
All quotations provided by Hydrion Technologies are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided during the assessment. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised pricing.
4. Payments and Fees
All prices quoted are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Standard payment schedule typically includes:
- Deposit: 30% upon acceptance of the service agreement
- Progress Payment: 40% upon commencement of work
- Final Payment: 30% upon successful completion and flood testing
Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Hydrion Technologies reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
5. Warranty Information
Hydrion Technologies offers a 15-year warranty on completed HTR Technology installations. The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty applies only to the specific areas where HTR Technology was applied.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client/property owner.
- Warranty coverage begins on the date of final inspection and certificate issuance.
- Regular maintenance inspections may be required to keep the warranty valid.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
- Any modifications or repairs to the waterproofed area by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
Note: Full warranty terms and conditions are provided in your warranty certificate upon project completion. Please retain this document for your records.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Hydrion Technologies, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
- Inform us of any known structural issues, previous waterproofing treatments, or utility lines.
- Remove or protect personal belongings from work areas prior to our arrival.
- Ensure the work area is clear of obstacles and hazards.
- Notify us immediately of any concerns during or after the application process.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the HTR Technology formula, is the intellectual property of Hydrion Technologies and protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
The Hydrion name, logo, and HTR Technology are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydrion Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services or website
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
- Any other matter relating to our services
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
9.1 Client Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the total project value to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
9.2 Company Cancellation
Hydrion Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or material availability. In such cases, any deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date at your preference.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
Hydrion Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
